WEB SPOT



A couple drives through open winding roads in the Pacific Northwest to their favorite beach spot to watch the sunset. Sometimes getting there is just as fun as being there. Introducing the brand new Mercedes-Benz AMG Gle 63s.

ABOUT THE PRODUCTION

APPROACH


We approached this a small crew of multi-talented filmmakers able to pull off a high end vehicle shoot with limited budget in less than a day. We used a six person crew for both the camera car and picture car. In tandem with the motion shoot, we also conducted a photography shoot to provide additional content for this campaign.

With a crew of six and a simple camera car, we created a web spot that tells the story of a married couple traveling to the beach in 30 seconds or less.

The vehicle is a Mercedes-Benz GLC 63s and is the main character in this story.

Sometimes “getting there” is just as fun as being there.

CAMPAIGN DELIVERABLES

EDITORIAL




All editorial was done in house at Taproot. We created a :30s and :15s spot that will be used for web and social. Along with the spots we delivered eight images fully re-touched and colored. 

The edit is a mixture of smooth leisurely driving shots intercut with performance shots that engage the viewer and enhance the vehicles features.
