In one of the snowiest cities in the U.S., keeping people safe is a coordinated effort. The first responders may get the glory, but they know the snowplow crews help save the day.  You can read more about the story here.

We traveled to Lead, SD to film this spot in the Black Hills. We coordinated with emergency and city personnel to craft a story of cooperation and coordination. Surprisingly, the only storm that occurred while we were there was a brief 15-minute squall. The team problem solved on the fly to find ways to create a story about a snow town when there were no actual storms to film.
