Josh Carrasquillo is a filmmaker based in Michigan. He is currently a Partner at Taproot and works on a variety of projects to include commercial and documentary work. Born in Houston, Texas, and raised in Oregon, Colorado, and Michigan, Josh uses his experiences from different parts of the country to drive his creativity.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University, Josh cut his teeth working as a content producer for a tech company. Since then, Josh has gone on to direct and produce award winning content. In 2019, Josh travelled to Ireland and France to document the 75th Anniversary of D-day to interview some of the last remaining WWII veterans.  Josh currently lives in Michigan with his wife and three kids.
