We’re excited to introduce two new faces that have joined the Taproot team. Nate Morris and Cole Hammontree formally joined Taproot as full time employees at the start of the year and will be interacting directly with you (our clients, crew, and friends) in support of our mission to help people and brands share meaningful ideas—through film.

NEW FACES

We’ve been working with both Nate and Cole in a freelance capacity for several years, servicing clients in different business mediums. We found our values and goals aligning, and the need to bring them on full time became clear. Their roles will be cross-functional, and you’ll see them wearing some different hats across our various production services.

As a film producer, Nate is known for this ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. He is a great communicator, adept at understanding clients’ needs and objectives, and is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction. His collaborative approach to filmmaking and dedication to excellence has earned him a reputation as a trusted partner for clients seeking professional and high-quality film production services. Nate is also a talented musician and brings an expertise in audio engineering to Taproot. He’ll be working closely with our post production supervisors to streamline audio workflows and enhance post production sound services.

Cole Hammontree is an accomplished film production professional with a design background and a wide range of experience and talents. As a cinematographer, he has a great understanding of the art and science of visual storytelling, but he also brings expertise to the post-production side in editing, color grading, and project management for both traditional and social-first workflows. Cole will be a go-to resource for new technology at Taproot and will provide a fresh perspective to all of the content he produces, helping Taproot to create content that exceeds expectations.
